The Early Childhood Educator Registry (Registry) is the legislated authority responsible for the certification of Early Childhood Educators (ECE) and ECE Assistants, the investigation of complaints regarding the competence and conduct of ECEs and ECE Assistants, and the assessment and recommended approval of post-secondary early childhood education programs in British Columbia (BC).
This position will?supervise a team of Administrators/Adjudicators responsible for assessing clients’ status in relation to program legislation and/or guidelines.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Grade 12 graduation or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year related experience in each of the following areas:
- Supervising others.
- Providing client service in an adversarial environment.
- Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations and/or policies.
- Experience working with standard business software (e.g. MS Office).
Preference may be given to applicants with:
- A Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education.
- Supervisory experience that includes scheduling and performance management.
- Experience with HR Management practices and techniques, labour relations and application of collective agreement.
