This position provides a range of administrative and clerical services in support of the Business Risk Management Branch with a specific focus on customer service.
As a representative for the Branch, the Clerk provides clients with information about the programs and guidelines administered by the Branch and the Ministry. The incumbent is often the first line of contact for producers, agriculture sector representatives and other stakeholders, ensuring the timely communication of information and response to requests while maintaining positive working relationships and a well-organized office environment.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Degree in business administration, public administration, agriculture, or a related field, and minimum one year administrative related experience; OR
- Diploma in business administration, public administration, agriculture, or a related field, and minimum two years administrative related experience; OR
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent and minimum three years administrative related experience.
- Minimum six months’ experience delivering or providing direct client service.
